Healthy Crepe Recipe

Here is my favorite adapted crepe recipe that is guilt free and lower carb than pancakes. Also, with a realistic portion size!

4 eggs

1 Cup of Oat milk

1 Cup of Coconut milk

Pinch of Salt

2 Cups of Oat Flour

1/2 Cup of Coconut Sugar

Splash of Olive Oil

Blend and pour onto hot skillet with coconut oil. Flip when golden brown.

Sweet: Yogurt, fruit, and cinnamon.

Savory: Lettuce, strawberries, Italian vinaigrette, and meat of choice.
